Job description
- Architect and drive the new version protocol design, including order book mechanics, execution engine, and cross-margining system, with emphasis on ultra-low latency and HFT capabilities
- Design and implement professional trading features including advanced order types, risk management framework, and institutional-grade portfolio management tools
- Lead technical specifications and coordinate with engineering teams on protocol development, focusing on system performance, security, and scalability
- Define market maker incentives, liquidity provision strategies, and fee structures while maintaining protocol sustainability and revenue optimization
- Drive user research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder management across development team, market makers, traders, and community governance
