Job description
1. Over 3 years of experience in DeFi products, with practical background in perpetual contracts, leveraged trading, or AMM-type products.
2. Familiar with mainstream decentralized perpetual protocols (such as GMX, Drift, Synthetix), with in-depth research on hyperliquid.
Growth Lead:
1. Proven track record in growth, liquidity mining, or market making operations for a DEX.
2. Experience in designing and managing incentive campaigns (e.g., points systems, airdrops, liquidity rewards).
Senior BD:
Background in exchanges, with abundant resources.
