Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a full-chain protocol that supports RWA asset issuance, clearing, interest distribution, and secondary market trading.
2. Design complex financial logic related to RWA assets, including but not limited to interest calculation models, risk control mechanisms, compliance checks, and asset redemption processes.
3. Write high-quality, highly readable, and rigorously audited smart contract code, and produce detailed technical documentation.
Job Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university, graduated from a 985 or 211 institution, majoring in Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or related fields. Essential requirement, serious inquiries only!!!
2. Industry Understanding: In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and smart contract development, with a strong interest and knowledge in DeFi and RWA sectors.
3. Project Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in building and deploying production-level Solidity contracts, with preference given to those with experience in financial-related contracts (such as lending, derivatives, asset management).
4. Technical Stack: Proficient in Solidity, with a deep understanding of gas optimization and security best practices. At least proficient in one non-smart contract language, preferably JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, for developing supporting tools and testing scripts.
5. Protocol Knowledge: In-depth understanding of mainstream DeFi protocols (such as Uniswap V2/V3, AAVE, Compound) and the ability to analyze their design trade-offs.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Background in Mathematics or Financial Engineering, capable of understanding and implementing complex financial models and interest calculations.
2. Experience contributing to well-known Web3 projects or open-source communities.
3. Overall Qualities: Excellent communication skills and team spirit; rigorous logical thinking ability, with high standards for code quality and best practices; ability to quickly follow the latest trends and industry dynamics in DeFi and RWA technologies; capable of efficient remote work and collaboration.
