Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Responsible for the demand analysis and product planning of the user growth module and platform operation tools.
2️⃣ Deeply understand business needs, design user growth paths, lifecycle management, and interaction mechanisms to enhance user retention and conversion.
3️⃣ Coordinate with the development team for implementation, promote the strategy configuration, automated operations, and data analysis functions of the platform operation tools.
4️⃣ Build a user behavior data analysis system to support data-driven decision-making, continuously optimize user experience and operational efficiency.
5️⃣ Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure efficient implementation of product requirements and achievement of business goals.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience as a product manager in the internet or platform industry; experience in large companies or related industries is a plus.
2️⃣ Experience in user growth, data analysis, and operation tool design, familiar with user lifecycle management.
3️⃣ Strong logical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities, capable of independently producing and implementing product plans.
4️⃣ Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with a strong team spirit.
5️⃣ Experience in B2C business and marketing automation products is preferred.
