Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Product Planning and Roadmap: Responsible for the planning, design, and execution of Web3 trading products based on the company's strategic goals, covering product lifecycle management.
2️⃣ User Demand Analysis: Communicate with markets, users, and industry partners to identify key user needs and market pain points for trading products, driving the realization of innovative features.
3️⃣ Competitive Analysis and Industry Trends: Continuously monitor Web3 and DeFi market trends, research competitor products (such as GMGN), and adjust product strategies based on industry developments and technological changes.
4️⃣ Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as development, design, and operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet product design requirements.
5️⃣ Product Optimization and Iteration: Continuously optimize and iterate products based on user feedback and data analysis, enhancing user experience and reducing product friction and operational complexity.
6️⃣ Data-Driven Decision Making: Make informed product decisions through data analysis and A/B testing, ensuring that each version release meets KPIs.
7️⃣ Security and Compliance: Ensure products meet Web3 security standards and compliance requirements, especially in terms of user asset protection, privacy, and transaction security.
8️⃣ Community Interaction: Engage with the Web3 and crypto community, gather feedback, and guide product development direction.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in computer science, finance, economics, or related fields.
2️⃣ At least 3 years of product manager experience, with at least 1 year of experience in Web3 or DeFi-related products (such as GMGN).
3️⃣ Deep understanding of decentralized trading platforms (DEX), cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFTs, and other Web3-related fields.
4️⃣ Familiarity with core functions of trading products, including but not limited to trading engines, liquidity pools, order books, and fund pool management.
5️⃣ Proficient in agile development processes, capable of writing clear product requirement documents (PRD) and user stories.
6️⃣ Extensive experience in user research and competitive analysis, able to identify market opportunities and drive product innovation.
7️⃣ Strong results orientation, capable of effectively managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
8️⃣ Familiarity with blockchain technology, able to communicate effectively with technical teams, and understand the principles of smart contracts, on-chain transactions, and off-chain transactions.
9️⃣ Excellent communication and expression skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
1️⃣0️⃣ Passion for cryptocurrencies and Web3, with a deep understanding of blockchain technology.
Bonus Points:
1️⃣ Experience in designing decentralized finance (DeFi) products, particularly in areas such as liquidity pools, lending, and derivatives.
2️⃣ Familiarity with the NFT market and applications, understanding market dynamics and technological trends.
3️⃣ Development or technical background, able to understand blockchain development processes and basic knowledge of smart contracts.
4️⃣ Experience in successfully launching trading-related Web3 products, especially cases that demonstrate the ability to attract and engage users.
