1. Product Planning: Develop and execute product plans for the APP/Web, demonstrating strong planning and effective strategic formulation capabilities.
2. End-to-End Product Management: Oversee the complete process of user-facing product features, including requirement analysis, solution design, and resource coordination for project implementation.
3. User Experience Enhancement: Responsible for improving the product conversion of the user core path to enhance the overall product experience for users.
4. Global User Business Perspective: Possess a global user business perspective, leading the team to grasp product direction and maintain alignment with global user demands.
5. Industry Analysis: Understand industry dynamics, conduct in-depth analysis of user scenarios, and participate in the development of innovative product features.
Job Requirements:
1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of product management experience; experience managing products with tens of millions of users is preferred.
2. Learning and Innovation: Strong learning ability and innovative thinking.
3. Execution Ability: Proactive work attitude, capable of executing tasks efficiently, with excellent communication and resource coordination skills.
4. Market Insight: Ability to quickly grasp market demands and development trends, with strong competitive analysis skills and keen market insight.
5. Innovative Spirit: Strong innovative spirit with a keen sense for new product opportunities.
6. Experience in the Crypto Industry: Experience in the crypto industry or managing trading products is preferred.
