Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Product Planning and Design
- Responsible for the product planning, feature design, and version iteration of the company's core products.
- Break down the strategic goals of the founding team into clear, executable product plans.
- Produce high-quality PRDs, flowcharts, and prototypes (Figma / Axure, etc.).
2️⃣ Web3 Product Implementation
- Participate in the core product design for Trading Alpha, including on-chain, trading, settlement, and incentive mechanisms.
- Engage in the product design for NFT / game assetization, trading markets, and item systems.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design on-chain / off-chain interaction processes (wallets, signatures, contract interactions, etc.).
3️⃣ Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with front-end and back-end developers, contract engineers, designers, and the operations team.
- Drive requirement reviews, development scheduling, acceptance, and launch.
- Ensure project advancement efficiency and communication quality in a remote environment.
4️⃣ Data and User Orientation
- Focus on core metrics (conversion, retention, trading volume, GMV, etc.).
- Continuously optimize product experience based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Understand different user groups (Trader / Creator / Gamer / Player).
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a 985/211 university or above [mandatory requirement].
- Over 3 years of product manager experience (Web2 / Web3 acceptable).
- Experience in the complete product lifecycle (requirements → design → launch → iteration).
- Clear logic, able to break down complex systems into actionable product plans.
- Good written communication skills, capable of producing high-quality PRDs.
2️⃣ Web3 / Blockchain Related Requirements (must meet at least some)
- Understand basic Web3 concepts: wallets, private keys, gas, smart contracts, on-chain transactions.
- Familiarity with or participation in any of the following types of products is preferred:
- DeFi / Trading / Data / Trading-related products.
- NFT / GameFi / Digital asset trading platforms.
- Able to communicate at a basic product level with contract engineers (no need to write contracts).
3️⃣ Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
- Experience in trading-related / financial products / gaming products.
- Awareness or interest in Alpha, quantitative trading, trading signals, and strategy subscriptions.
- Experience in startups, 0→1 product experience.
- Good English reading and writing skills (able to read English technical documents).
