Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Partner Integration Execution
Responsible for promoting the overall integration of Native API and SDK with third-party wallets, DEX aggregators, and DeFi partners. Act as the core coordinator throughout the integration lifecycle, driving each phase from technical requirement alignment, sandbox testing to mainnet launch. Ensure partners clearly understand the integration process, constraints, and best practices of Native.
2️⃣ Integration Solution Design
Work closely with internal engineering teams to translate partner requirements into clear integration solutions and implementation plans. Assist in standardizing collaboration integration models, documentation systems, and external partner access processes. Identify and resolve pain points and obstacles in the collaboration integration process, and propose product or process improvement suggestions.
3️⃣ Technical Coordination and Communication
Act as the primary representative for external technical communication, maintaining smooth collaboration with the engineering and product teams of partners. Proactively communicate with partners through channels like Telegram and Discord, promptly eliminating obstacles in the integration process and maintaining consistent expectations. Collect partner feedback and summarize and convey structured insights to internal product and engineering teams.
4️⃣ API and Protocol Understanding
Familiar with the APIs (REST, WebSocket, gRPC) provided by Native and the usage methods of different partners. Assist in promoting the design of Native APIs and the consistency of integration standards for aggregators and wallets.
5️⃣ Delivery and Accountability
Responsible for integration outcomes, ensuring that integrations progress from "in progress" to "live and stable operation." Track integration status, risks, and delivery timelines, and coordinate internal resources to drive solutions when issues arise.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Over 3 years of relevant experience, having held one of the following positions: Integration Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Product Manager, Backend Engineer.
2️⃣ Rich experience in API, system integration, or platform product interfacing.
3️⃣ Ability to understand backend system behavior and integration processes (coding is not required, but technical understanding is necessary).
4️⃣ Familiar with Web3-related concepts such as wallets, decentralized exchanges (DEX), trading aggregators, EVM systems, etc.
5️⃣ Basic understanding of cloud environments (AWS or GCP) and modern backend infrastructure.
6️⃣ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, external partners).
7️⃣ Does not wait for detailed instructions, able to proactively follow up with partners and internal teams to drive integration progress.
8️⃣ Fluent in English communication, able to clearly explain technical concepts, integration processes, and considerations to external technical parties.
9️⃣ Strong sense of accountability for integration outcomes, focusing on stable launch and long-term maintenance of integrations.
