## Job Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain smart contracts for NFT, ERC-20 tokens, and trading market logic.
- Implement ownership transfer, escrow mechanisms, and fractional ownership on-chain.
- Adopt best practices to ensure contract security, gas efficiency, and upgradability.
- Integrate smart contracts with backend APIs and frontend applications to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to design token economic models, market rules, and NFT functionalities.
- Monitor on-chain contract interactions, identify abnormal behaviors, optimize performance, and maintain system integrity.
- Write and maintain blockchain-related documentation, technical specifications, and testing frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on blockchain architecture and design decisions.
## Job Requirements
- Over 10 years of professional software development experience with a solid foundation in backend or full-stack development.
- More than 4 years of practical blockchain development experience, having built and launched production-grade smart contracts.
- Proficient in Solidity and EVM-based smart contract development.
- Deep understanding of ERC-20, ERC-721 standards, and NFT market architecture.
- Skilled in using Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry for contract development, testing, and deployment.
- Practical experience in deploying contracts on the Ethereum mainnet and/or Layer-2 networks.
- Familiar with cryptocurrency payments, escrow contracts, and on-chain/off-chain data integration.
- In-depth understanding of smart contract security best practices, including auditing, threat modeling, and vulnerability protection.
- Ability to design highly scalable, maintainable, and upgradable blockchain systems.
## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing NFT markets, DeFi platforms, or fractional asset platforms.
- Familiarity with multi-chain architecture, cross-chain bridges, or Layer-2 scaling solutions.
- Experience in blockchain data analysis, transaction monitoring, or advanced gas optimization.
- Participation in open-source blockchain projects or having launched smart contract works.
- Experience in technical mentoring, engineering guidance, or technical leadership.
