Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement comprehensive web3 security solutions that cover security protection for various blockchain networks and crypto assets.
2. Identify potential security vulnerabilities and risks in the system, develop efficient solutions, and implement them.
3. Lead or participate in security audits and penetration testing, continuously improving system security levels and attack resistance.
4. Closely track cutting-edge security dynamics and the latest security threats in the blockchain and digital asset fields, and timely formulate threat response strategies.
5. Provide web3 security technical support and specialized training for internal teams, promoting the widespread adoption of security standards and best practices.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in computer science, information security, or related fields.
2. Over 3 years of practical experience in the blockchain security field, with experience in security architecture design.
3. Proficient in mainstream blockchain technologies (such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, etc.), familiar with their underlying protocols and typical risks.
4. In-depth understanding of cryptographic principles, with a solid grasp of public key encryption, hash algorithms, digital signatures, and key management security knowledge.
5. Experience with security technologies such as Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Multi-Party Computation (MPC), and Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP).
6. Experience in smart contract auditing and vulnerability discovery is preferred, familiar with common attack methods (such as reentrancy, overflow, etc.) and protective measures.
7. Good communication skills, team spirit, a proactive and rigorous work attitude, and a sense of ownership.
Bonus Points:
1. Holding security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, etc.
2. Experience in core security positions in blockchain projects or virtual asset exchanges.
