Job description
Job Description:
1. New Link Access: Responsible for the integration of new EVM chains and Solana ecosystem, including node access, block and log collection, data parsing, and downstream data link connectivity, delivering a complete dataset for business consumption.
2. DEX / Launchpad Parsing: Responsible for the protocol parsing of new DEX and token issuance platforms, covering AMM (V2 / V3 / V4 Hook), Bonding Curve, and various protocol Forks, achieving accurate modeling of liquidity pool discovery, fee structure, issuance stages, and transaction attribution.
3. Data Quality and Stability: Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of collected data; establish data quality verification and anomaly monitoring mechanisms, locate and fix parsing deviations; govern the availability issues of the collection link, including block reorganization, node anomalies, throttling, and consumption backlog fault tolerance scenarios; build data service capabilities for business, providing stable backend APIs for wallets, trading, risk control, asset analysis, DeFi data analysis, and other scenarios.
4. Technical Follow-up and Architecture Evolution: Continuously follow the technical evolution of on-chain protocols and ecosystems, quickly incorporating newly emerging protocol forms into collection capabilities; optimize collection system architecture and abstract design, enhancing the access efficiency of new chains and new protocols.
Job Requirements:
1. Backend Development Experience: Over 3 years of Java server-side development experience, with the ability to design and implement high-concurrency data processing systems, familiar with distributed message queues, relational databases, caching, and NoSQL storage production practices.
2. Blockchain Fundamentals: Familiar with the underlying principles of blockchain and basic on-chain protocols, with solid on-chain data parsing capabilities; understand transaction structures, event logs, and ABI encoding/decoding mechanisms, able to independently complete the parsing and semantic restoration of contract events and call data. Experience in on-chain data processing, familiar with scenarios such as block synchronization, transaction parsing, contract event parsing, address asset statistics, and Token/NFT data processing.
3. DEX / Launchpad: Familiar with the data models of mainstream DEX protocols, mastering the core mechanisms of Uniswap V2 / V3 / V4 and its ecological Forks; in-depth research on the operational mechanisms of typical Launchpads (Bonding Curve type token issuance platforms).
4. Problem Localization and Data Awareness: Possess systematic online problem localization capabilities and rigorous data validation awareness, able to confirm conclusions through controlled experiments and reverse validation, rather than relying on experiential inference.
Bonus Points:
1. Similar Experience: Experience in DeFi, DEX, blockchain explorers, on-chain risk control, asset analysis platforms; experience in high TPS chain data processing, massive address asset calculation, real-time balance updates, transaction risk identification, etc.
2. AI Native Engineering Habits: Proficient in using AI coding tools like Claude Code for development and problem troubleshooting, understanding their capability boundaries and maintaining validation awareness of outputs; able to consolidate reusable processes and domain knowledge into team assets, continuously improving team efficiency rather than individual efficiency.
3. Solana On-chain Data Experience: Experience in Solana on-chain data processing, familiar with its account model and instruction parsing mechanisms.
4. Solidity Reading Ability: Ability to read Solidity code, able to analyze its behavior through contract bytecode and on-chain transaction analysis in the absence of documentation and ABI.
