Deeply understand the business processes, role divisions, and key pain points across various business lines, identifying high-value AI replacement, enhancement, and automation scenarios.
Independently responsible for the implementation of AI efficiency improvement projects from 0 to 1, including requirement research, process breakdown, solution design, Agent workflow construction, testing and validation, launch promotion, and continuous optimization.
Design and implement Agent automated workflows covering business scenarios such as information collection, content generation, data organization, process reminders, report summarization, customer service assistance, and operational efficiency improvement.
Lead the selection, construction, training, and promotion of internal AI tools, enhancing the business team's efficiency and acceptance of AI tools.
Establish an AI performance evaluation system to quantify the ROI of each project based on indicators such as time savings, reduced labor costs, improved output efficiency, decreased error rates, and enhanced response speed.
Continuously track AI models, Agent platforms, automation tools, and industry best practices, rapidly transforming new tools and capabilities into business-usable solutions.
Regularly report project progress, issue reviews, efficiency improvement results, and next-phase plans to the GM, business leaders, and the efficiency center.
Act as the landing window for AI capabilities on the business side, supporting business team demand communication, solution explanation, usage training, and cross-departmental collaboration.
【Requirements】
Proficient in at least one of the development languages such as Python, Node.js, PHP, Go, capable of independently completing script writing, data scraping, API calls, simple service construction, and tool integration.
Familiar with mainstream large model products or APIs such as Claude, GPT, Gemini, with capabilities in Prompt design, context management, tool invocation, knowledge base configuration, and effect tuning.
Practical experience with Agent or automation platforms such as Coze, Dify, FastGPT, Kouzi, n8n, Make, Zapier, capable of independently building and launching usable business workflows.
Experience in building real Agent workflows, capable of independently completing requirement analysis, process design, node configuration, knowledge base integration, tool invocation, exception handling, and launch testing.
Strong business understanding ability, capable of quickly grasping the core processes, key roles, main costs, and efficiency bottlenecks of unfamiliar businesses.
Able to determine the appropriate use of Agent, RPA, scripts, low-code platforms, or traditional system transformation based on business scenarios, rather than using AI for the sake of AI.
Possess certain data processing capabilities, able to clean, analyze, summarize, and automate output of business data, spreadsheet data, and log data.
Possess project promotion capabilities, able to independently follow up on AI efficiency improvement project requirements confirmation, scheduling, testing, launch, training, and review.
Good communication and documentation skills, able to produce requirement documents, flowcharts, operation manuals, project reviews, weekly reports, and efficiency improvement result reports.
Result-oriented awareness, able to use data to demonstrate the actual value of AI projects, rather than just staying at the level of tool construction or concept presentation.
Candidates must provide past cases of AI tools, Agent workflows, automation scripts, or efficiency improvement projects during the interview, with those who have work demonstrations preferred.

Familiar with RPA tools such as UiPath, Yingdao, Laiye, Power Automate, with automation experience in web operations, form filling, data scraping, system entry, etc., combined with LLM.
Experience in business scenarios such as overseas expansion, pan-entertainment, game buying, content operations, customer service operations, community operations, live streaming, e-commerce, etc., able to quickly understand business language and operational links.
Previously responsible for internal efficiency tools, B-end products, operational tools, data dashboards, automation platforms, etc., with product manager or project owner experience preferred.
Experience in promoting internal AI tools within enterprises, including training, user manuals, implementation reviews, data tracking, and user feedback collection preferred.
