Develop and execute content operation strategies to enhance platform content richness and user consumption willingness;
Responsible for user segmentation operations, establishing a membership system and payment conversion mechanism;
Continuously optimize user experience to improve user retention and repurchase rates;
Responsible for platform event planning, including membership activities, recharge activities, holiday activities, etc.;
Track overseas video content industry trends and competitor data to formulate targeted operation strategies;
Collaborate with product, technology, and marketing teams to drive operational requirements implementation;
Identify issues through data analysis and develop optimization plans to achieve continuous revenue growth for the platform.
VPN Product Operations
Responsible for user growth and commercialization operations of VPN products;
Establish user conversion funnels, optimizing registration, trial, payment, and renewal processes;
Responsible for membership system and subscription business operations, improving renewal rates and user lifetime value;
Plan user growth activities to enhance natural growth and paid conversion effectiveness;
Analyze product data to continuously optimize user experience and core metrics;
Research overseas tool product operation models and industry trends to formulate growth strategies;
Collaborate with the advertising team to optimize traffic acquisition and conversion efficiency.
Requirements
3+ years of internet operation experience;
Experience in content platforms, traffic platforms, tool products, or membership subscription product operations;
Strong data analysis skills, able to independently complete operational data reviews;
Familiar with user growth, user retention, and commercialization operation logic;
Strong project management and cross-departmental collaboration skills;
Deep understanding of overseas internet products;
Results-oriented, responsible for data and revenue targets.
