Job Overview
Responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the Perp DEX product line, building and continuously iterating a high-performance on-chain trading experience from 0 to 1.
Core Responsibilities
1. Lead the design and iteration of the entire lifecycle of the Perp DEX product
2. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of leading Perp DEX products, producing competitive analysis and differentiated product solutions
3. Design and improve the Smart Money system, leading the design of systems such as Copy Trading
4. Collaborate deeply with trading, risk control, contracts, front-end, and data teams to drive product requirements implementation and version rhythm management
5. Continuously optimize trading experience and user conversion paths, enhancing trading efficiency, retention, and user activity
Requirements
1. Over 3 years of Web3 product experience, with at least 2 years of experience in perpetual contracts/derivatives trading
2. Deep understanding of the core mechanisms of perpetual contracts
3. Understanding of on-chain data analysis logic, able to independently define the filtering rules and indicator system for Smart Money
4. Strong insights into trader behavior and user psychology, with excellent product abstraction and execution capabilities
5. Good cross-team communication and ownership awareness, able to drive complex projects to efficient implementation
Bonus Points
* Real experience in Perp/high-frequency/meme trading, with firsthand understanding of trading user behavior
* Experience in Copy Trading, social trading, or strategy trading products
* Experience in Builder Code, Aggregator, or multi-platform routing products
* Familiarity with on-chain data platforms, quantitative analysis, or address profiling systems
* Good English reading and writing skills, able to use as a working language
