Senior Test Engineer - Platform Growth Direction
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for business testing of registration and login, KYC, channels, invitation rebates, activity tasks, reward distribution, message delivery, and operational backend.
2. Participate in requirement reviews, identify activity rules, reward calculations, data consistency, and anti-cheating risks.
3. Responsible for end-to-end verification of Web, App, management backend, and server-side interfaces.
4. Build automated regression for interfaces and conduct performance testing for peak activities, batch rewards, and messaging scenarios.
5. Enhance test case design, data construction, issue localization, and regression efficiency through AI and lightweight testing tools.
Requirements
1. Over 3 years of testing experience.
2. Familiar with activities, tasks, rebates, rights, or user lifecycle-related businesses.
3. Possess interface automation capabilities, proficient in at least one language such as Python, Java, or Go.
4. Proficient in SQL, with log analysis and server-side issue localization capabilities.
5. Have certain performance testing and testing tool development capabilities.
6. Strong initiative and collaboration skills, able to drive risk and issue closure.
Bonus Points
Experience in testing platform development, stress testing, or AI testing efficiency improvement.
