Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for demand analysis and product planning of user growth modules and platform operation tools.
- Deeply understand business requirements, design user growth paths, lifecycle management, and interaction mechanisms to enhance user retention and conversion.
- Coordinate with the development team for implementation, promote the strategy configuration, automated operations, and data analysis features of platform operation tools.
- Build a user behavior data analysis system to support data-driven decision-making, continuously optimize user experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure efficient implementation of product requirements and achievement of business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience as a product manager in the internet or platform sector.
- Experience in user growth, data analysis, and operation tool design, familiar with user lifecycle management.
- Strong logical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities, capable of independently producing and implementing product solutions.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with a strong team spirit.
- Experience in To C business and marketing automation products is preferred.
- Fluent in Chinese.
