I. Job Overview
Responsible for building and iterating the financial middle platform (reconciliation center, accounting engine, business-financial conversion, reporting engine), including accounting and settlement processes for both fiat currency and virtual assets (VA), ensuring clear accounts, automation, and compliance reporting capabilities.
II. Main Responsibilities
1. Plan the product roadmap for the financial middle platform (reconciliation engine, accounting subjects and ledgers, settlement/inflow and outflow verification).
2. Design and promote the data flow and reconciliation processes for interfacing with trading engines, wallet systems, and bank exchange/payment channels.
3. Responsible for subject mapping, entry strategies, multi-currency, and VA conversion rule implementation for the accounting engine.
4. Design the business-financial conversion process (transaction → accounting → reporting), ensuring data consistency and auditability.
5. Establish a financial reporting engine (management reports, regulatory reports, Tax/AML reports).
6. Collaborate with finance, tax, audit, and compliance teams to support audit, regulatory, and tax reporting needs.
7. Promote automated reconciliation, abnormal automatic alerts, and settlement risk control.
8. Develop and monitor key performance indicators for the financial middle platform (reconciliation success rate, accounting discrepancy rate, settlement timeliness, etc.).
III. Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance/accounting/information systems/computer-related fields.
2. Over 5 years of experience in financial systems/middle platform/ERP products or financial products; familiarity with accounting standards is preferred.
3. Understanding of virtual asset accounting practices and regulatory reporting requirements is preferred.
4. Proficient in common data warehousing/ETL, reconciliation logic, and report modeling.
5. Good communication skills, able to coordinate finance, product, R&D, operations, and third-party interfaces.
Preferred: Experience in bank interfacing, payment clearing systems, or accounting system construction for exchanges.
