Job description
1. Test design and execution: Write test cases and test plans based on product requirement documents; execute functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, etc., to ensure system stability and reliability.
2. Defect management: Track, record, and verify defects, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner; work closely with the development team to drive issue resolution.
3. Automated testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency; use automated testing tools (such as Selenium, Postman, etc.) for testing.
4. Test reports: Write test reports, analyze test results, and provide improvement suggestions; report testing progress and risks to the project team.
5. Continuous improvement: Participate in testing process optimization to enhance testing quality and efficiency; learn and introduce new testing tools and methods.
Requirements
1. Basic requirements
a. Associate degree or above, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
b. More than 2 years of software testing experience, familiar with testing processes and methods.
2. Technical requirements
a. Familiar with functional testing, performance testing, regression testing, and other types of testing.
b. Proficiency in at least one programming language (such as Python, Java) is preferred.
c. Familiar with common testing tools (such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, etc.).
d. Understanding of database operations (such as SQL).
3. Preferred qualifications
a. Experience in fintech or financial system testing is preferred.
b. Experience in automated testing is preferred.
c. Proficiency in at least one programming language is preferred.
4. Soft skills
a. Good communication skills and team collaboration spirit.
b. Detail-oriented and patient, with strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
c. Strong learning ability, able to quickly master new technologies.
