Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all HR functional modules; establish and optimize an HR management system aligned with company strategy; drive the implementation of HR initiatives.
2. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the performance management system, including performance metric setting, evaluation process refinement, and results application, to enhance organizational and employee performance.
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment operations; develop recruitment strategies; expand sourcing channels; optimize hiring processes; ensure effective acquisition and placement of talent for core positions and critical roles.
4. Responsible for the design, execution, and management of employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs)/equity incentive schemes, including program development, compliance assurance, employee communication, and plan adjustments.
5. Resolve complex HR issues; provide professional consultation to business units; foster corporate culture development.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher; Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
2. 8+ years of progressive HR experience with minimum 3 years in equivalent managerial role. (Web3 exchange/blockchain industry experience highly preferred)
3. Expertise in performance management and full-cycle recruitment; proven experience in successfully designing and implementing equity incentive programs.
4. Exceptional communication, coordination, team leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Full professional proficiency in English (written & spoken); proficiency in both English and Chinese preferred.
6. Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations; high professional ethics and commitment to confidentiality.
