Job Requirements
- 3–7 years of DevOps/SRE experience, with over 2 years of production-level K8s experience (including upgrades, troubleshooting, and optimization).
- Proficient in one mainstream CI/CD tool (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins) with practical experience.
- Familiar with Helm/Kustomize, container image optimization (multi-stage builds, SBOM, image signing).
- Mastery of Linux/network fundamentals, scripting (Bash), and one backend language (either Go or Python).
- Experience in blockchain node operations: mainnet/testnet deployment, data directory and snapshots, upgrades and rollbacks, monitoring and alerts.
- Familiar with Prometheus/Grafana/Alertmanager and EFK/ELK/Loki, with an understanding of OTel.
- Strong security awareness: Secrets management, CVE governance, image and dependency scanning, principle of least privilege (RBAC).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, adept at writing Runbooks, Playbooks, change proposals, and post-mortem reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating high-concurrency on-chain services (wallets, payments, matching, cross-chain bridges, data indexers, etc.).
- Familiar with Ethereum clients (Geth/Nethermind/Prysm/Lighthouse), Solana/Move ecosystem, or Layer 2 (OP Stack, Arbitrum, zk).
- Understanding of service mesh, zero trust, eBPF, WAF/anti-DDoS, Sidecar/native proxy acceleration.
- Experience with SRE frameworks (Error Budget, capacity and reliability governance, chaos engineering).
- Background in FinTech/compliance (audit trails, change compliance, data sovereignty, PCI DSS awareness).
