- Responsible for core business development;
- Analyze business requirements, design and implement solutions, and write high-quality code;
- Responsible for technical research and addressing technical challenges to ensure system reliability and scalability;
- Lead the resolution of technical issues, optimize systems to ensure performance and stability, and maintain management to ensure security;
- Analyze and support technical issues encountered in product development.
**Job Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, or related fields, with ***more than 2 years of full-time web3 Golang*** development experience;
- Proficient in core Golang, skilled in multithreading, with clean and clear coding;
- Led or participated in the development of core business, ***familiar with asset management, user management, and security***;
- Familiar with frameworks and technology stacks such as Gin, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka;
- **Familiar with DEX products like *Uniswap, PancakeSwap, Balancer*, and understand the principles and architecture of mainstream blockchains such as ***Bitcoin, Solana, Ethereum***;
- Proficient in on-chain data parsing, data querying, and analysis, familiar with Web3 tools like Defillama and Dune;
- Familiar with the development and interaction of smart contracts;
- Quick thinker, clear and rigorous communicator, with strong problem analysis skills;
- Excellent learning ability, passionate about programming, with strong logical and abstract thinking skills, and good at critical thinking;
- Good team spirit, strong motivation, high sense of responsibility, strong communication skills (in both Chinese and English), good awareness of teamwork, and results-oriented.
**Bonus Points:**
- Proficient in Rust, familiar with Node.js and Typescript;
- Skilled in using AWS and Aliyun;
- Familiar with Bitcoin multi-signature.
