Job Responsibilities:
Design and execute community growth strategies across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and Twitter/X.
Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely, relevant, and consistent information delivery.
Maintain and grow an active, high-quality community atmosphere through events, updates, and high-quality discussions.
Create and curate educational content related to cryptocurrency and stocks to help users learn and deepen their engagement.
Track, analyze, and optimize community data to enhance engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams such as product and marketing to ensure community information aligns closely with product updates and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Native English speaker with excellent communication and writing skills.
Over 2 years of experience in community operations, content marketing, or social media management.
Familiarity with various community tools (such as Telegram management tools, data dashboards).
High enthusiasm and market sensitivity towards cryptocurrency and stock investments.
Organized, proactive, and able to independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience hosting AMAs, online events, or community live streams.
Previous work experience in Web3, fintech, or investment-related communities.
