Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Collaborate with other colleagues to participate in the functional development and version iteration of business systems;
2️⃣ Assist in backend requirement communication, functional design, coding implementation, and maintenance;
3️⃣ Summarize and analyze problems that arise during the development process and provide improvement suggestions;
4️⃣ Be open to learning new languages, such as Solidity;
5️⃣ Assist other technical colleagues and communicate with overseas colleagues/projects, using both spoken and written English;
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized institution, with experience studying/living in English-speaking countries preferred;
2️⃣ Familiar with #Java language, excellent mathematical skills, and strong logical thinking abilities;
3️⃣ Ability to adapt to multi-threaded and high-concurrency application development, proficient in using Git for version control;
4️⃣ Familiar with SSM development model, understanding of SpringBoot and SpringCloud;
5️⃣ Familiar with mainstream open-source frameworks, and knowledge of Redis, RocketMQ, Kafka, and ElasticSearch;
6️⃣ Familiar with Linux environment development and operations, capable of troubleshooting issues based on logs;
7️⃣ Familiar with MySQL database and SQL optimization;
8️⃣ Familiarity with the financial industry is preferred, with a willingness to develop long-term in the web3 field;
9️⃣ Proactive, with strong self-motivation, communication skills, and adaptability, able to accept learning new things or technologies.
