Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the strategy development and execution for building and expanding project communities (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Twitter).
2. Responsible for daily community interaction, content moderation, and member relationship management.
3. Recruit, train, and manage the community moderator team.
4. Conceive and execute online and offline community events, AMAs, and promotional activities to drive community growth and user engagement.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of community management experience, specifically in the cryptocurrency/Web3 industry.
2. In-depth and practical understanding of Web3 community platforms (Discord, Telegram) and community operation strategies.
3. Proven track record of successfully building and managing active online communities.
4. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
