Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall management of the company's judicial, arbitration, and legal affairs, ensuring business compliance and controllable risks.
- Communicate and coordinate with judicial institutions, arbitration institutions, and partner law firms in various regions to establish and maintain a legal resource network.
- Lead or participate in the handling of arbitration cases, including contract disputes, business disputes, and other legal matters related to exchanges.
- Provide legal opinions to the business team, supporting exchange operations, risk control, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and track global judicial and arbitration trends, providing the company with early warnings and response strategies.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in law-related fields.
- 3–5 years of legal work experience in exchanges or internet finance.
- Experience in arbitration, familiar with arbitration processes and enforcement of awards.
- Experience in liaising with judicial institutions, with law firm resources or cooperative channels preferred.
- Familiarity with laws and regulations in the blockchain and digital asset industry, understanding of exchange business logic.
- Strong communication skills, cross-departmental collaboration abilities, and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
