3. Participate in data feature engineering, model evaluation systems, and effect analysis.
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to solve performance, stability, and maintainability issues of algorithms in production environments.
5. Keep up with cutting-edge algorithm technologies to continuously improve model performance and business value.
Job Requirements
1. Over 5 years of experience related to algorithms, with a solid foundation in machine learning/deep learning.
2. Familiar with common models and training processes, with practical experience in business implementation.
3. Understand the algorithm engineering process and be able to assist in model deployment and iteration.
4. Possess good logical thinking and problem analysis skills.
5. Responsible for business outcomes and have a mindset for continuous optimization.
