Job Responsibilities - Responsible for the daily operation of social media communities in the CIS region - Communication with local users and feedback on issues - Support localization and proofreading of content for the CIS region - Expansion and collaboration with regional KOLs Qualifications - Familiar with the social media and community ecosystem in the CIS region, with practical experience in content dissemination and user interaction - Strong content creation skills and internet sensibility, able to produce engaging content that combines trending topics and community culture to enhance user interaction and brand exposure - Ability to independently plan and execute social media content or user activities, capable of increasing community engagement and user participation - Proficient in basic visual and video tools (such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.), able to complete simple graphic design or short video editing to improve content production and implementation efficiency - Understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, Web3, or financial trading products, with a basic knowledge of exchange ecosystems - Data awareness, able to review activities and content performance and continuously optimize operational strategies - Good communication and collaboration skills, able to efficiently coordinate with marketing, BD, product, and customer service teams to advance project implementation - Language requirements: Russian, English.
