Job description
Provide end-to-end solutions that meet the needs of our largest strategic clients—understanding user pain points, defining product specifications, designing, and building software. Responsible for developing the core product engineering roadmap and making important prioritization and scope definition decisions to determine when to build custom solutions and when to accelerate existing large projects. Our team adopts an embedded model, with front-end engineers (FDE) embedded in the core product engineering team, accumulating expertise in the most relevant technical areas. Solve technical challenges to support higher-scale applications and assist us in formulating and executing enterprise platform development strategies. For example, expanding role and permission data models, seamless integration with third-party systems through universal data export, and large-scale import of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) data. A minimum of two years of software engineering experience is preferred. A proven track record of delivering high-quality products and features at scale. Ability to translate business and product ideas into engineering solutions. Eager to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and refine skills.
