Job Description:
Responsible for the overall planning and design of P2P trading products, driving the full process management of the product from demand research, solution design, development implementation to online operation. This includes but is not limited to: P2P growth system, advertisement publishing and management, order matching, chat system, fund custody, complaint and customer service arbitration processes, etc.
Deeply understand the P2P trading model and market demand, design efficient, secure, and compliant P2P display and matching mechanisms and trading processes to enhance user experience and trading activity.
Work closely with risk control and security teams to design and optimize risk control strategies for P2P trading, including advertiser admission, transaction limits, anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring, abnormal transaction identification, and fund security assurance mechanisms.
Establish and improve the dispute resolution and arbitration system, formulate fair and efficient arbitration rules, and reduce platform risks and user losses.
Track industry trends and competitor products, continuously optimize product features, and maintain product market competitiveness.
Responsible for product data analysis, evaluating product performance and user behavior, and driving product optimization improvements based on data.
Write product requirement documents, product plans, and project progress reports to ensure projects proceed as planned.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure P2P products comply with relevant policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, computer science, e-commerce, or related fields.
Over 5 years of experience as an internet product manager, with experience in crypto industry P2P products preferred.
Familiar with P2P trading mechanisms, fund flow, security risk control, and compliance processes, and understand user operating habits and needs.
Possess strong market insight and product innovation capabilities, able to grasp industry trends.
Excellent project management and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with the ability to drive complex projects to fruition.
Good data analysis skills, proficient in using various data analysis tools.
High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, with a good awareness of user experience and service.
