Job Description
We are looking for a product manager to join various business directions. This position is suitable for those who are already using AI in their work and have deep insights—if you write PRDs using ChatGPT, conduct competitive analysis with Claude, interpret data with AI assistance, and redefine product workflows with AI—you treat AI as your co-pilot. If you are still doing these tasks manually, this position may not be suitable for you.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing product roadmaps for different directions such as trading/growth
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design product logic and mechanisms and drive implementation
- Define specifications, conduct user behavior analysis, and perform stress testing
- Track product performance post-launch, adjust product strategies based on data, and be accountable for results
- Identify areas in product work that can be enhanced by AI, helping the team establish AI workflow standards
We are looking for
- A strong embrace of AI, integrating AI into product workflows, and having deep reflections on AI
- Data-driven, able to independently analyze data and generate insights
- Quick to act, capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Proven output in product work in areas such as trading/growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in designing AI-native product workflows from scratch
- Background in data science or engineering
