【Job Responsibilities】
1. Responsible for the technical solution design and delivery of the content platform, operation backend, and AI applications, completing the full process from requirements to launch.
2. Integrate large models and AI tools into the R&D process, solidifying reusable workflows, skills, and acceptance criteria.
3. Build capabilities for the content management platform, supporting content review and publishing, multi-site access, SEO, and data tracking.
4. Implement large model applications and agent workflows, improving tool invocation, output validation, task status management, and exception recovery mechanisms.
5. Participate in code reviews, testing deployments, and online issue handling, continuously optimizing performance, stability, and AI invocation costs.
【Requirements】
1. 3 years or more of R&D experience, bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a computer-related field.
2. Solid foundation in full-stack development, capable of independently completing interface development, database design, and product delivery.
3. Experience with large model API integration or AI application development, understanding context organization, output validation, exception handling, and cost control.
4. Familiarity with Codex, Claude, or similar tools, capable of using them for R&D work and reviewing and validating generated results.
5. Good communication and facilitation skills, able to collaborate with product, operations, and content teams, and responsible for delivery quality.
【Bonus Points】
1. Experience in developing content sites, CMS, SEO, or complex operation backends.
2. Experience with custom skills, AI R&D specifications, agent tool invocation, task orchestration, or failure recovery practices.
