【Positioning】
This is not a conventional CRUD backend position, but a geeky role focused on "AI Engineering + Black Box Reverse Engineering + Business Growth". You will use technical means to study and influence the recommendation and indexing logic of mainstream AI engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.), leveraging code to drive real business outcomes.
【Responsibilities】
1. Automation of Data Scraping and Monitoring: Build high-concurrency detection, data scraping, and automated monitoring pipelines for various AI search engines to stably obtain core feedback data.
2. Black Box Mechanism Reverse Engineering: Deeply deduce the retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) logic and source weight preferences of AI models. Explore underlying recommendation patterns without official documentation through scripting and controlled experiments.
3. Business Delivery and Accountability: Rapidly convert optimized strategies obtained from experiments into automated tools and technical solutions, directly responsible for the final GEO growth outcomes (AI exposure rates, citation rates, etc.).
【Requirements】
1. Solid Technical Skills: Proficient in Python / Java / Go (at least one), familiar with engineering deployment tools like Docker, and able to quickly iterate usable automation toolchains.
2. Understanding of AI and Network Engineering: Familiar with the working mechanisms of large models, with experience in API integration, prompt engineering, or AI agent workflow development; possess experience in web scraping and anti-scraping optimization in complex environments.
3. Intelligent and Inquisitive: Not confused when facing unknown "black box systems", possessing a strong desire to explore and a first-principles mindset, accustomed to using technical means, packet analysis, and experimental testing to solve complex problems.
4. Strong Belief in "Real Outcomes": Refusing to be a mere "requirement translator", possessing a technical person's obsession with results, feeling uncomfortable when business outcomes are unattainable, and being extremely excited about achieving real growth through technical deduction.
