Responsibilities
1. Development of complex business systems (mainly back-end, including front-end integration)
• Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of core business systems (CRM / ERP / OA / approval flow / permission system / orders / customers / projects / reports, etc.).
• Participate in business modeling, interface design, database design, system architecture, and performance optimization.
• Decompose and implement complex business processes, handling multi-role, multi-permission, multi-status, and multi-process business scenarios.
• Participate in front-end feature development and integration, independently completing common features such as back-end pages, forms, lists, details, and configuration pages.
• Responsible for online issue troubleshooting, fault localization, data repair, and continuous system optimization.
• Collaborate with product, business, and testing teams to understand business requirements and translate them into stable, maintainable technical solutions.
2. AI platform development and capability implementation
• Abstract common capabilities into reusable platform modules: knowledge base management, prompt management, model invocation and cost monitoring, permission system, task flow, evaluation gate, gray release, log auditing.
• Integrate AI capabilities into business systems: intelligent customer service, agent, RAG, automation—participate in system integration and observability, quickly create MVPs, private deployments, gray launches, and iterate with data.
3. AI-native development approach
• Utilize AI Coding / Vibe Coding tools throughout the entire process: requirement decomposition, code generation, refactoring, test completion, issue localization, documentation generation, significantly improving delivery efficiency.
