Job description
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the deployment architecture design and implementation of business systems, version iteration release, and assisting the development team in analyzing and optimizing backend performance bottlenecks.
* Responsible for the governance planning of the core cloud environment, disaster recovery drills evolution, and daily operations work such as emergency fault handling, ensuring the efficient and stable operation of online business clusters.
* Responsible for continuously promoting the capability upgrade of the business operations system in core dimensions such as efficiency, cost control, delivery quality, and security compliance.
* Provide full-link user access experience optimization and comprehensive operations solutions based on business characteristics and the actual needs of the development team.
Requirements
* Over 5 years of system operations experience, familiar with various load balancing, caching, and DNS technologies, proficient in TCP/IP and HTTP protocols, with CDN infrastructure construction experience preferred.
* Proficient in the underlying principles of Linux systems, image building, kernel tuning, layer 3 to 7 network stack, security defense systems, and automated operations (proficient in at least one open-source tool such as Ansible, Puppet, SaltStack), and proficient in at least one programming language such as Bash, Python, or Golang. Golang is a must-have requirement.
* Deep understanding of database design and performance tuning, Kubernetes containerization construction, cloud network optimization, ELK, Kafka, or one or more core technology stacks, and proficient in at least one mainstream public cloud platform (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, GCP, etc.).
* Practical experience in network line optimization or high-defense attack protection is preferred.
* Strong sense of work responsibility, excellent continuous learning ability, rigorous stability awareness and information security awareness, as well as outstanding comprehensive analysis and fault resolution capabilities.
