Job description
Requirements
* More than 5 years of core R&D experience in Go language, with at least 2 years of practical experience in other mainstream programming languages (such as Java, PHP, or C++).
* Proficient in relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL and MongoDB, with a deep understanding of underlying database principles, common performance optimization techniques, and the applicable scenarios and technical boundaries of NoSQL, as well as expertise in Redis caching mechanisms.
* Skilled in using at least one mainstream message queue middleware, such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis Streams.
* Proficient in operating Linux/Unix operating system environments, with a solid foundation in data structures and classic algorithms.
* Familiar with distributed system architecture design, proficient in common middleware such as caching, message queues, and Nginx, with experience in the architecture design and implementation of distributed high-concurrency services preferred.
* Proficient in RESTful and WebSocket interface protocol specifications, with experience in designing and developing high-concurrency, high-throughput interfaces preferred.
* Experience in massive data processing or big data-related R&D preferred.
* Possess excellent team collaboration spirit, self-driven awareness, and technical enthusiasm, strong stress resistance, and the ability to deliver efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
