Senior Java Developer
Responsibilities
* Lead the architectural evolution of the core business gateway and trading infrastructure, coordinating technical roadmap planning, refactoring upgrades, and solution reviews to ensure system high availability and scalability.
* Tackle distributed traffic surges and high concurrency bottlenecks, optimizing underlying communication links to address throughput and stability challenges in large data scenarios.
* Advance the deep construction of R&D infrastructure and middleware, improving microservices governance, caching strategies, asynchronous message buses, distributed transactions, and multi-active disaster recovery solutions.
* Build a comprehensive and reliable online stability protection network, implementing full-link pressure testing, intelligent capacity assessment, multi-level flow limiting, circuit breaking, degradation, and regular fault drills.
* Respond quickly and deeply diagnose online issues, efficiently resolving performance jitter, database deadlocks, cache breakdowns, and massive message backlogs.
* Establish core code standards, architectural evolution specifications, and security defense baselines, continuously empowering the team’s delivery quality through technical reviews and standards implementation.
* Deeply practice AI-assisted development (AI Coding) in the team’s closed-loop application, covering architecture design, code writing, test case generation, reviews, and documentation accumulation across the entire link.
* Keep up with the evolution trends of distributed cloud-native and AI R&D tools, exploring business fit points and promoting the incubation of innovative technical solutions.
* Empower and guide key technical personnel, enhancing the overall engineering R&D level of the team through technical breakthroughs and architectural sharing.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
* Solid and profound Java technical foundation, with a deep understanding of JVM underlying principles, concurrent programming models, memory models, network IO, and system tuning.
* Proficient in the Spring ecosystem and related open-source frameworks, with a strong grasp of their underlying principles, source code implementation, and common troubleshooting.
* Practical architectural experience in massive concurrent scenarios, capable of independently coordinating the design, capacity planning, performance tuning, and stability governance of high-load systems.
* Deep understanding of core design of distributed systems, proficient in service registration and discovery, load balancing, flow limiting and circuit breaking, distributed locks, and consistency protocols.
* Mastery of advanced applications of relational databases (e.g., MySQL), with extensive experience in SQL tuning, index design, sharding, and massive data governance.
* Proficient in mainstream middleware (Redis, Kafka, RocketMQ, etc.), with rich practical experience in high-concurrency caching architecture and message-driven design.
* Rich experience in microservices architecture and cloud-native implementation, familiar with containerization technologies and mainstream cloud infrastructure environments.
* Vision for system-level stability construction, proficient in full-link monitoring, distributed tracing, log analysis, and pressure testing methodologies.
* Excellent technical abstraction, architectural decision-making, and business decomposition abilities, adept at finding the best balance between business agility and system complexity.
* Outstanding cross-departmental communication, project promotion, and team cohesion skills, capable of efficiently driving complex cross-team technical projects to fruition.
AI Development Tools (AI Coding) Requirements
* Practical experience in deeply integrating AI programming tools into daily development, not just superficial understanding.
* Proficient in configuring and advanced usage of mainstream AI programming assistants (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
* Able to leverage AI throughout the entire process of business coding, code refactoring, unit testing, fault diagnosis, and technical documentation writing.
* Excellent prompt engineering skills, contextual control, and output verification mechanisms, capable of effectively avoiding potential security and performance flaws in AI-generated code.
* Ability to promote the standardized implementation of AI development tools within the team while strictly adhering to information security and intellectual property protection.
* Real AI Coding live demonstration or sharing of specific implementation cases will be required during the interview process.
Bonus Points
* Core architectural experience in payment, clearing, accounting, cash register, payment routing, fund reconciliation, and fund pool management systems.
* Proficient in state machine design, idempotent control, distributed compensation mechanisms, eventual consistency, and fund security isolation solutions in trading systems.
* Practical experience in integrating third-party payment channels (WeChat, Alipay, UnionPay, etc.) or cross-border payment clearing systems.
* Familiar with financial-grade security compliance standards, with experience in risk control engines, anti-money laundering, PCI DSS certification, or sensitive data encryption projects.
* Background in core system architecture design for large-scale internet finance, e-commerce, or high-traffic platforms.
* Practical experience in designing core links for tens of millions of users or handling massive order processing.
