Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Utilize AI tools to enhance R&D efficiency and quickly solve business problems;
2. Design and develop AI applications and automation tools based on business scenarios to improve overall team development efficiency;
3. Continuously optimize existing business systems based on AI, applying the capabilities of large models to actual products and businesses;
4. Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of backend business systems.
Requirements:
1. Familiar with Java development and possess solid object-oriented design skills;
2. Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude/Cursor/GitHub Copilot, able to leverage AI to enhance development efficiency; possess strong business understanding skills, able to quickly analyze problems and implement solutions using AI tools, not just calling AI interfaces;
3. Experience in AI Agent, automation tool development, RAG, MCP, or AI application integration is preferred;
4. Good communication and teamwork skills, able to independently handle business module development.
