Job description
【Team Positioning】
We are a creative team focused on AI film content production, using an industrialized AIGC workflow to produce AI short dramas, AI movies, and short films in bulk. We cover the entire process from "director's vision → art design and character setting → storyboard (prompt engineering) → sound design → video generation → take selection → editing and composition → delivery".
The core of this position is not to "execute pre-defined visuals" but to define what the visuals should look like and ensure the entire piece stays on track. The next step up is team leader / creative lead.
【Job Responsibilities】
- Creative and Visual Direction: Define the creative direction, shot language, and overall visual baseline for individual projects (short dramas / movies / short films), taking final responsibility for the quality of the finished product.
- Storyboarding and Shot Design: Break down scripts into executable storyboards and shot lists, lead the design of key shot prompts, ensuring that shot language serves narrative and commercial goals.
- Cross-shot / Cross-episode Consistency Control: Responsible for the visual consistency of characters, scenes, lighting, and style throughout the entire piece and even the entire season, establishing and maintaining character settings, reference images, and asset locking mechanisms.
- Quality Final Review: Conduct final checks on take selection and edited pieces, defining standards for "deliverable / needs rework".
- Standardization: Develop and maintain team prompt engineering standards, asset naming and management standards, and workflow SOPs, turning personal experience into reusable methods for the team.
- Guidance and Mentorship: Guide 4–7 junior execution roles, handling daily task assignments, output reviews, technical guidance, and growth training.
- Efficiency and Cost: Optimize output efficiency and generation costs while meeting quality standards, with a quantitative awareness of labor hours and computational consumption for individual pieces.
- Tool Iteration and Content Compliance: Continuously track the versions and capability boundaries of AI video/image/post-production tools, introducing better workflows; ensure outputs comply with platform and regulatory content safety standards.
【Requirements】
Hard Requirements (meeting either of the following two is sufficient, and both must be verifiable)
1. Industry Experience Route: At least 2 years of experience in animation / film / TVC advertising content production, with verifiable credits on complete projects (storyboarding / directing / art / post-production in any core aspect), providing project titles, platforms, and personal roles.
2. AI Imaging Competition Route: Even without traditional industry experience, having participated in AI film festivals and entered the main competition section (or received nominations or higher recognition in equivalent AI imaging festivals/competitions), providing festival/competition names, nomination or participation years, work links, and verifiable proof.
General Hard Requirements (must meet regardless of route ① or ②)
- Submit a personal portfolio/showreel: At least 2 complete AI imaging works, indicating the tools used and personal responsibilities. No portfolio means no evaluation.
- Pass a practical trial: Complete a segment of "storyboarding + prompt iteration" on-site. Experience and awards determine whether to proceed to the interview, while works and trial performance determine whether to hire.
Soft Requirements
- Solid foundation in audiovisual language: Understand storyboarding, shot types, camera movement, scheduling, rhythm, and editing logic, able to articulate "why this shot is filmed this way".
- Proficient in mainstream AI video generation tools, mastering one and understanding the differences among various tools: Seedance 2.0, Jidream, Kling, Runway, Vidu, etc.
- Proficient in using AI image tools to complete character settings and keyframes: Midjourney, Nano Banana, Seedream, Stable Diffusion / ComfyUI, etc.
- Systematic prompt engineering capability: Character locking, cross-shot consistency control, style unification, and parameterized reuse, rather than relying on luck.
- Mastery of post-production editing and composition: Proficient in one of the following:剪映 / Premiere / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects, able to complete the closed loop from take selection to finished piece.
【Bonus Points】
- Experience leading a complete AI short drama / AI movie from 0 to delivery.
- Practical ability in sound design, music composition, or AI voiceover (e.g., ElevenLabs).
- Familiarity with ComfyUI workflow building, LoRA training, or custom nodes.
- Experience in leading or heading small team outputs, with experience in standardizing and replicating processes.
- Public works, awards, or certain influence in the AI film/short film field.
