Job description
Responsibilities
1. Generate short film video shots using AI tools such as MiniMax and Seedance according to script and storyboard requirements;
2. Complete character styling, scene design, reference image production, and basic visual style determination;
3. Responsible for designing image and video prompts, parameter debugging, task generation, and redoing failed tasks;
4. Control the consistency of character images, costumes, scenes, and visual styles;
5. Identify and address issues such as character drift, abnormal movements, image distortion, and shot errors;
6. Complete shot revisions, frame supplementation, regeneration, and material replacement based on editing and quality inspection feedback;
7. Complete material naming, classification, organization, and delivery according to project requirements;
8. Record generation quantity, success rate, revision rate, time spent, and production costs, cooperating to optimize production efficiency;
9. Collaborate with screenwriters, storyboard artists, workflow engineers, editors, and quality inspectors to ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
1. Familiar with AI video generation tools such as MiniMax and Seedance, with practical generation experience;
2. Familiar with mainstream AI image generation tools, capable of completing character styling, scene images, and shot reference image production;
3. Strong prompt design and parameter debugging skills;
4. Able to understand scripts and storyboards and accurately translate textual requirements into usable visuals;
5. Basic understanding of shot language, composition, lighting, color, and visual aesthetics;
6. Awareness of character consistency and visual continuity control;
7. Strong execution ability, able to complete bulk production tasks according to standard processes;
8. Good communication skills, able to quickly understand modification suggestions and complete revisions.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in AI short films, AI comics, or bulk video generation;
2. Familiar with basic operations of ComfyUI and common image generation workflows;
3. Familiar with models or technologies such as Flux, SDXL, LoRA, ControlNet;
4. Experience in storyboard design, editing, or film production;
5. Able to provide AI-generated short films, character styling images, storyboards, or video works.
