Licensing Compliance Officer

Core Highlights Requirements Must have experience in successfully obtaining licenses: Seychelles, India, UK, Bermuda, MiCA (any one is acceptable, preferably multi-region experience) Must have experience in regulatory liaison/negotiation Experience in complete license application and execution from 0 to 1 Responsibilities Responsible for license applications, implementation, and maintenance in major countries/regions globally Lead or participate in license layout projects from 0 to 1 Liaise with regulatory authorities, including material submission and inquiry responses Track regulatory policies and provide compliance advice and risk alerts for the business Collaborate with cross-departments such as legal, risk, and product to promote compliance implementation Requirements Bachelor's degree or above 1–3 years of compliance license experience in crypto exchanges or fintech Experience in major license implementation and 0 to 1 project experience Experience in regulatory communication, familiar with processes and pain points English as a working language Understanding of the crypto industry ecosystem and regulatory trends Possess communication skills, project management, and self-motivation
