Responsibilities
1. Conduct risk analysis, feature mining, and rule design based on user behavior, transaction records, device fingerprints, relationship networks, and other data;
2. Identify and analyze risk patterns in black and gray markets, including airdrop farming, contract wash trading, fee manipulation, volume manipulation, gray market gangs, and black address funds;
3. Design and develop risk control rules, risk scoring, user profile tags, list strategies, alert tasks, and automated disposal logic;
4. Track the effectiveness of strategies after launch, evaluate metrics such as hit rate, false positive rate, missed detection rate, and appeal rate, and continuously optimize strategy performance;
5. Document risk cases, attack chains, rule logic, review standards, and strategy review documents to form a reusable risk control knowledge base;
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in computer science, mathematics, statistics, financial engineering, information security, or related fields;
2. Over 3 years of experience in risk control strategy, risk control development, anti-fraud, business security, data analysis, or trading risk control;
3. Proficient in SQL, able to independently complete risk sample extraction, feature analysis, strategy validation, and performance evaluation;
5. Strong risk insight ability, able to discover abnormal patterns from user behavior, devices, IPs, transactions, funds, addresses, and relationship networks;
Bonus Points
1. Interest in Web3, digital asset trading, and black/gray market offense and defense, with relevant industry experience, willing to continuously learn and iterate in high-confrontation scenarios;
2. Integrate large model capabilities into risk control data analysis and strategy production processes, achieving capabilities such as automatic SQL generation, risk feature mining, automatic extraction of features and tags, and user risk profile generation.
