1. Responsible for the overall UI design of the product, including user experience flow, interaction design, and visual design, to enhance product usability and user experience.
2. Participate in product requirement discussions, combining user needs and business goals to produce high-quality design solutions (wireframes, prototypes, design drafts, etc.).
3. Optimize product information architecture and user paths to improve conversion rates and user retention.
4. Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure high-quality implementation of design solutions.
5. Continuously track user feedback and data performance to iteratively optimize design experience.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a design-related field.
2. More than 2 years of UI design experience, experience with Web3 products is preferred.
3. Proficient in design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
4. Good awareness of user experience and aesthetic ability, able to balance user experience with business needs.
5. Good communication skills and teamwork ability, capable of driving design implementation.
