Job description
Work location: Overseas (preferably core Web3 regions in Europe, America, or Southeast Asia)
Language requirement: Fluent in both Chinese and English (able to communicate in all aspects without barriers, can work in an all-English environment)
Education requirement: Overseas study background (Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in visual design, interaction design, digital media, art design, or related fields)
Requirements
1. Experience and background requirements: 8 years or more of full-time UI visual design experience, deeply engaged in the Web3/blockchain/metaverse/decentralized product field, with mature experience in overseas Web3 product design projects; must have a formal overseas Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with the overseas internet design ecosystem and user habits, and able to work overseas for a long time.
2. Language ability: Proficient in both Chinese and English, fluent in speaking, and skilled in reading and writing, able to independently conduct all-English meetings, requirement discussions, and document outputs, suitable for purely international work scenarios.
3. Creativity and design ability: Possess top-level original creative ability and international aesthetic, not limited to conventional UI template design, skilled in differentiated visual innovation and immersive visual creation, with extreme control over color, layout, texture, and dynamic visuals, able to independently complete the entire design process from creative conception to implementation.
4. Professional skill requirements: Proficient in using the full suite of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, PS, AI, AE, etc.; skilled in component-based design, responsive design, and multi-end adaptation design; familiar with Lottie and Rive motion design, able to independently create product interactive animations and creative visual animations.
5. Industry awareness: Deep understanding of Web3 and blockchain product business logic, familiar with the design specifications, user scenarios, and industry pain points of mainstream Web3 products such as wallets, exchanges, DApps, and blockchain games; aware of overseas Web3 market compliance visual requirements and design trends.
6. Comprehensive ability: Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, independent project advancement ability, problem review ability, adaptable to fast-paced, innovative overseas work environments, open-minded, with a strong sense of independent innovation and holistic design thinking.
7. Portfolio requirements: Submission must include a complete personal portfolio, focusing on showcasing original design cases for overseas Web3 products, creative visual projects, and complete design process works, with no template-based or copied content.
Preferred conditions
1. Candidates with full-time work experience in well-known overseas Web3 teams or major blockchain companies are preferred;
2. Candidates with experience in independent project design overseas and visual construction of products from 0 to 1 are preferred;
3. Familiarity with AIGC creative design tools, able to efficiently produce creative visual solutions using AI is preferred;
4. Candidates with composite abilities in brand visuals, overseas marketing visuals, and metaverse space design are preferred.
