Trading Bot Product Manager

Responsibilities 1. Own product planning, requirement design, and continuous iteration for Trading Bot products, covering spot and derivatives trading scenarios. 2. Design products for common trading strategies such as grid trading, dollar-cost averaging (DCA), and Martingale strategies, including strategy parameter configuration, automatic order placement, operation management, profit display, and risk control. 3. Continuously monitor industry trends and developments in strategy trading products, exploring product innovation and optimization directions based on market research and user needs. 4. Design the entire lifecycle of the Trading Bot product, including strategy creation, launch, operation, pause, stop, and exception handling, ensuring accurate logic for funds, orders, positions, and profit and loss. 5. Collaborate with R&D, design, testing, risk control, and other teams to independently complete PRD, prototype design, requirement reviews, and project delivery. Continuously optimize strategy creation conversion rates, active Bot users, trading volume, and user retention based on user feedback and business data. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in internet or financial products; experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, quantitative trading, or strategy trading products is preferred. 2. Familiar with the basic mechanisms of spot and derivatives trading, understanding core logic such as orders, positions, margin, leverage, profit and loss, and risk control. 3. Understand the basic principles of common automated trading strategies like grid trading, DCA, and Martingale strategies, and be able to independently design strategy parameters and business rules. 4. Strong competitive analysis, logical analysis, and product design skills, capable of independently driving products from requirement analysis to launch delivery. 5. Good cross-team collaboration and project advancement abilities, with an interest in trading products and a proactive approach to researching and experiencing industry products. Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience with mainstream cryptocurrency exchange Trading Bots or strategy trading-related products. 2. Experience in quantitative trading, strategy backtesting, automated trading tools, or trading APIs. 3. Practical experience using grid trading, derivatives strategy Bots, or other automated trading tools. 4. Basic data analysis skills in SQL, Python, etc., capable of independently analyzing business data related to strategy trading.
