Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Product visual and interaction design: From information architecture, user flows, wireframes to high-fidelity implementation; making complex information (tables/charts/transaction processes) easy to read, use, and stable.
2️⃣ Systematic UI/UX construction: Lead the design system (Design Tokens/component library/icon library), output specifications, status matrices, and acceptance criteria.
3️⃣ Marketing material design: Event KV, posters, social media materials, landing pages, animations/short videos (editing, packaging, subtitles, simple animations).
4️⃣ Cross-team collaboration: Work with product/engineering to establish PRD and delivery rhythm, review development, conduct gray verification, and iterate quickly based on data and feedback.
5️⃣ Quality and experience measurement: Participate in tracking points/usability testing/A/B experiments, consolidate reviews and best practices.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ 3–10 years of internet product design experience, with experience in major domestic internet companies (or equivalent scale/complexity project experience).
2️⃣ Strong in both visual and interaction design: Solid understanding of layout/color/information hierarchy; familiar with IA, UCD, usability, and accessibility basics.
3️⃣ Video/animation skills: Proficient in PR/AE (or similar tools), able to independently complete short video editing and basic animation packaging.
4️⃣ Tool stack: Figma (Auto-layout/Variants/Prototype), PS/AI; familiarity with Lottie/Principle/After Effects is a plus.
5️⃣ Documentation and implementation: Able to produce structured design documents, status tables, and review checklists to ensure "feasible and retrievable."
6️⃣ Onboarding timeline (required): Must start within 1 week of receiving the offer, immediate availability preferred; supports remote quick onboarding and online onboarding.
💡 Bonus Points
1️⃣ Experience related to Web3; understanding of wallet/DeFi interactions and security boundaries, signatures/authorization, and other common scenarios.
2️⃣ Experience in remote/cross-timezone team collaboration, fluent in written English communication.
3️⃣ Strong aesthetic and systematic ability: Componentization, naming conventions, design token thinking.
4️⃣ Experience with data-intensive interfaces (transactions/finance/dashboards).
5️⃣ Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/engineering collaboration standards).
