Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Responsible for the entire process of UX/UI design for mobile platforms.
2️⃣ Conduct user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity interfaces for iOS/Android apps.
3️⃣ Design user experiences for complex financial and Web3 scenarios.
4️⃣ This includes digital asset display, transaction processes, authorization confirmations, risk control prompts, etc.
5️⃣ Transform underlying technical complexities into simple, safe, and trustworthy user experiences, continuously iterating product experience with a user-centered approach.
6️⃣ Make design decisions based on user research, data analysis, and feedback.
7️⃣ Deliver high-quality UI designs and design systems.
8️⃣ Build reusable components to ensure cross-platform consistency and scalability.
9️⃣ Deeply engage in product co-creation.
🔟 Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business and technical constraints into clear user flows.
1️⃣1️⃣ Minimal supportive design work (very small proportion).
1️⃣2️⃣ Official website/landing pages, in-app illustrations, marketing materials, etc.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ 4 years or more of relevant experience in UX/product design/UI design.
2️⃣ Experience with complete C-end mobile app (iOS/Android) projects, portfolio required.
3️⃣ Proficient in mainstream design tools such as Figma.
4️⃣ Solid foundation in UX, understanding of mobile design specifications.
5️⃣ Ability to independently complete complex process designs from concept to launch, with good communication and design expression skills.
Bonus Points (not mandatory):
1️⃣ Experience in designing products related to Web3/digital assets/wallets/DeFi/NFTs.
2️⃣ Basic understanding of concepts such as blockchain, smart contracts, and account abstraction.
3️⃣ Experience in designing high-security, strong risk control, and regulated products.
