Main Responsibilities
1. Content Creation and Team Management
- Establish and optimize the content production process (including news collection, fact-checking, editorial review, and publishing mechanisms), forming standardized SOPs.
- Develop annual and quarterly content strategies that align with MetaEra's brand positioning, covering various formats such as news, updates, in-depth analysis, interviews, and special planning.
- Track global Web3 industry trends and hotspots, quickly respond and plan reports with unique perspectives.
2. Content Strategy and Topic Planning
- Fully responsible for the planning, production, review, and publication of platform content, ensuring all content is deep, accurate, timely, and readable.
- Build and manage the editorial team, clarify job responsibilities, set performance goals, and continuously enhance the team's professional capabilities and output efficiency.
- Responsible for team training and guidance, ensuring a unified content style, authoritative viewpoints, clear narrative logic, and the ability to continuously produce industry-influential news and analysis.
3. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Collaborate with the product team to optimize content display, navigation structure, and data visualization interfaces to enhance user experience.
- Work with the operations and marketing teams to plan major events, special content, and brand collaboration projects.
4. AI and Content Innovation
- Explore and introduce AI technology applications in news gathering, data organization, and content delivery to improve content production efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop editorial standards and review mechanisms suitable for AI-generated content.
