### **Core Mission**
As a bridge connecting the market, clients, and technology, you are responsible for understanding the pain points of institutional clients, designing AI + financial product solutions, and promoting product implementation and iteration through data analysis and operational support, ultimately achieving client success and business growth.
### **Key Responsibilities**
1. Participate in the requirement discussions and functional design of AI research assistants and AI strategy products, responsible for writing PRDs, prototype design, and promoting implementation for platforms such as factor platforms and strategy engines.
2. Assist in connecting users and institutional clients, following up and refining their needs and pain points during the research and investment process. Support the formulation of solutions and clearly explain product features and value to clients.
3. Possess basic data analysis skills, able to use relevant tools to analyze user usage and provide suggestions for operational strategies.
### **Qualifications**
1. Background in science, engineering, or finance, with a bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Over 3 years of product work experience in the fintech or AI field.
3. Must have a certain understanding of cryptocurrencies and US stocks, with experience in the fintech sector and Web3 industry preferred.
4. Preference for candidates with over 1 year of real trading experience.
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, documentation skills, and ability to work under pressure.
6. CET6 or above, with good spoken English preferred.
