Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing the entire user lifecycle, formulating and executing strategies for onboarding new users, user retention, and re-engagement.
2. Based on analytical conclusions, design and implement user segmentation operations and other strategies to improve key metrics (such as conversion rate and retention rate).
3. Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to develop comprehensive growth strategies and drive execution.
4. Work closely with the product research and development team to translate data insights into product optimization recommendations to drive business growth.
**Qualifications:**
1. **Experience in driving overseas product operation growth,** with at least 3 years of product operation experience and over 1 year of overseas growth experience;
2. Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using traffic analysis tools such as Google Analytics, and familiar with Excel.
3. In-depth understanding of user operations, familiar with building overseas communities, and able to independently manage the complete loop of user lifecycle management.
4. Strong resilience and physical fitness, adaptable to a fast-changing and high-frequency iterative startup environment.
5. Clear logical thinking, with excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficient in English as a working language; overseas study experience is a plus.
7. Experience in finance or web3, or as a digital currency trader is preferred.
