Social Media Lead

Responsibilities • Responsible for the daily operation of the company's overseas social media accounts, focusing on LinkedIn and X (Twitter); • Develop content schedules, topics, copy, and interaction strategies based on brand positioning, business rhythm, and market trends; • Independently write, publish, interact with comments, and maintain private messages for English social media content; • Track industry trends in Web3, FinTech, Payments, Stablecoin, Crypto, etc., and quickly produce relevant content; • Plan and execute online campaigns, AMAs, Spaces, interactive activities, and growth projects; • Monitor core metrics such as follower growth, exposure, interaction rate, and click-through rate, regularly review and propose optimization plans; • Collaborate with Design, PR, BD, Product, and other teams to support brand communication and market activity content; • Maintain a social media material library, competitor accounts, and industry trend database. Requirements • Must have practical experience operating LinkedIn, including content publishing, account maintenance, interaction, and data analysis; • Must have practical experience operating X (Twitter), including content publishing, account growth, interaction, and data analysis; • Able to independently manage LinkedIn and X accounts; candidates with experience only on other platforms but no practical experience on LinkedIn/X will not be considered; • Strong English skills, able to independently write English social media copy and communicate in English for daily work; • Familiar with content styles, user ecosystems, algorithm logic, and growth strategies of overseas social media platforms; • Strong abilities in content planning, trend capturing, copywriting, and execution; • Highly proactive, quick to respond, able to independently drive tasks and collaborate on large campaigns; • Experience in Web3, Crypto, FinTech, Payments, Stablecoin, etc., is preferred; • Familiarity with content or AI tools such as Canva, Figma, ChatGPT, Claude is a plus. Bonus Points • Experience in operating LinkedIn + X for Web3 / Crypto / FinTech projects; • Experience in launching accounts from 0 to 1, follower growth, or viral content cases.
